P006 → Film Restoration Projects
As part of Blackhawk Films’s Digital Preservation Department, I restored key archival films for major institutions, including the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Telefilm Canada, and MGM Studios.
Using industry-standard tools like DaVinci Resolve, Diamant Film Restoration Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite, my work involved a comprehensive digital restoration process.
I corrected a range of damage including film instability, colour degradation, scratches, and fragmented footage to bring these historical reels back to life.
